Refund policy

We want you to love your skincare products risk-free. Our trial program includes:

1. Easy Returns

   • Prepaid return shipping label included with your trial kit

   • Simply pack unused samples in the original packaging and affix the label

2. Trial Period

   • 14 days to test your samples from delivery date

   • Return must be postmarked within this window

3. Refund Process

   • Your deposit will be refunded within 3 business days of receiving returned items

   • Refunds issued to original payment method

4. Conditions

   • Samples must be at least 50% full

   • Original packaging required

   • One return per trial order

Full-Size Product Returns

For purchased full-size products:

• 30-day return window for unopened/unused products

• 15-day return window for opened products (50% restocking fee applies)

• Customer pays return shipping

How to Initiate a Return

1. Log in to your account

2. Navigate to "My Trials"

3. Select "Return Items" and follow prompts

4. Pack items securely and ship within 3 days

Non-Returnable Items

• Used sample containers (for hygiene reasons)

• Free gift with purchase items

• Final sale items marked "non-returnable"

Damaged/Defective Products

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at jae@thehausofhue.com with:

• Order number

• Photos of damaged item

• Description of issue

We'll send a replacement or refund immediately.

Refund Timeline

• Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days after processing

• PayPal refunds: 1-3 business days

• Deposit refunds: Within 3 days of return receipt
