TBYB Program Participation Terms

The Haus of Hue (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides hotels, spas, and hospitality businesses the opportunity to offer Try Before You Buy (TBYB) skincare kits to guests. Participation in this program requires agreement to the following terms:
1. Program Overview
The TBYB Program allows hotels and spas to offer Haus of Hue sample kits to guests. Guests may then purchase full-size products through a QR code assigned to your location.
2. Display Requirements
Participants agree to:

Display TBYB kits in approved areas such as spa check-in, treatment rooms, or retail counters

Keep all product display areas clean and well-lit

Ensure that Haus of Hue-branded messaging is visible

Maintain accurate inventory counts
3. Staff Training
Participants agree to:

Allow Haus of Hue to provide virtual product training

Ensure staff understand the benefits of each skincare product

Train frontline staff on the QR code purchase process
-
Maintain product integrity (no tampering, mixing, or opening full-size retail items)
4. Product Handling & Storage

Store products in a cool, dry environment
-
Rotate inventory as recommended
-
Notify Haus of Hue of damaged or defective kits
5. QR Code Purchases

All guest purchases occur via QR code
-
You may not manually charge guests for Haus of Hue full-size retail products unless approved as a wholesale partner
-
QR code sales are associated with your location and tracked for commission/credit
6. Returns & Refunds

Guests return items directly to Haus of Hue’s U.S. address

Hospitality partners do not process returns or refunds
7. Marketing Usage
Participants agree to:

Use Haus of Hue marketing materials as provided

Not alter or recreate brand assets without written permission

Allow Haus of Hue to share the partnership publicly (unless requested otherwise)
8. No Resale of TBYB Kits
TBYB kits are samples only and may not be resold.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate partnership if:

Kits or marketing materials are misused
-
Products are resold
-
Hotel/spa fails to uphold brand standards
-
QR code system is tampered with
10. Agreement
By participating in the TBYB Program, the hotel or spa acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed above.
