These terms govern wholesale partnerships between The Haus of Hue (“we,” “us,” “our”) and retailers (“you,” “partner”).

1. Partnership Overview

Wholesale partners purchase full-size products at a discounted rate for resale in physical stores, boutiques, salons, spas, and specialty retail spaces.

2. Order Minimums

Initial minimum wholesale order: (Set your amount: e.g., $200, $300, or 24 units)
Reorder minimum: Your value here
Orders must be prepaid unless a credit agreement exists

3. Pricing

Wholesale pricing is confidential
Retail partners agree to maintain MSRP unless otherwise approved
Discounting more than 15% requires approval from Haus of Hue

4. Payment Terms

All orders are paid upfront unless otherwise negotiated
Accepted payment: credit card, ShopPay, bank transfer, approved invoice
Late payments may incur fees

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped from the United States
Retailers are responsible for import fees, duties, and taxes (if international)
Damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours

6. Returns & Refunds

Wholesale orders are final sale
Refunds issued only for defective or incorrectly shipped items

7. Product Handling

Products must be stored properly (cool, dry environment)
Products cannot be altered, re-labeled, repackaged, or reformulated
Products must be displayed in a clean and professional manner

8. Brand Usage

Retailers may use:

Product photography
Marketing assets
Descriptions provided by Haus of Hue

Retailers may not:

Alter branding
Create their own labels
Make scientific or medical claims

9. Online Selling Restrictions

Unless approved:

Applications for online retail distribution can be submitted separately.

10. Termination

We may revoke wholesale privileges if:

Brand misuse occurs
Prices are unapproved
Counterfeit/altered branding is used
Orders remain unpaid

Partners may end the agreement anytime with written notice.
