TBYB Staff Training & Display Guide

1. Program Overview

The TBYB Program allows guests to try Haus of Hue travel-size samples and purchase full-size products via your location’s QR code.

2. How to Display Kits

  • Place kits in treatment rooms, spa check-in, or retail shelves
  • Ensure signage is visible and clean
  • Keep kits organized and easy to access

3. Staff Talking Points

  • “These products are formulated specifically for melanin-rich skin.”
  • “You can try them risk-free — use the QR code to purchase full size.”
  • “The samples are included as a courtesy from our spa.”

4. QR Code Purchases

All purchases are made online. Staff do not handle returns or payments.

5. Inventory & Reporting

  • Track remaining kits weekly
  • Notify management when reordering is needed
